What we collect, and why
If you use the contact or growth-plan forms, we receive what you type: your name, practice name, email address, optionally your website address, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you asked for one, to research and write your growth plan. That is the whole use.
Browsing the site does not require an account and we do not run advertising trackers on it.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages and guides people find useful, but only if you say yes in the cookie choice that appears on your first visit. Until you agree, nothing from Google loads. If you agree, Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your page views, an approximate location and device details, with IP addresses anonymised. We use it to count visits, never to identify you or to advertise to you. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the choice appears again.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and then live in our email like any correspondence. We do not sell, rent, swap or 'share with selected partners' your details, and writing to us adds you to no marketing list.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for the conversation and any work that follows from it. If you would like your messages deleted, ask, and we will do it and confirm.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, all by emailing hello@soundpractice.com.au. Under Australia's privacy framework you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled your information, though we would appreciate the chance to fix it first.
A note on health information
Please do not include patient details or clinical information in messages to us; we are your marketing studio, not part of your clinical record-keeping. If you paste something sensitive by accident, tell us and we will delete the message.
